You are now able to book our clubs by each school term. We hope that this will help you plan your bookings throughout the school year.

You can sign up weeks in advance or up to 11.45pm the night before, safe in the knowledge that your child will receive a healthy & nutritious snack after school and take part in a range of exciting sports, crafts, games and activities.

After school, your children will come straight from the classroom to our clubs - where we will look after them until you pick them up at the end of the day at a collection time that suits you (there is an option of two collection times with our tickets). All of our coaches are DBS checked, professionally qualified and are first aid trained & fully insured.

If you are paying with Childcare Vouchers at one of our OFSTED registered venues, please can you notify your provider with the school and booking reference, so that we can reconcile your payments more easily.  Thank you.

Late booking Charge

Any bookings made after the online cut off time has passed will be charged a £3.00 administration fee.

​

Late Pick Up Charge

Please note that we have a late pick up charge. If you are late picking your child up, outside of your booked ticket time, you will incur a £5 charge for the first 15 minutes and then £10 for every quarter of an hour after that.
